When your package arrives please inspect the products that you have purchased very carefully before opening them. If we have made a shipping error, or lingerie was purchased in the wrong size, you have 30 days from receipt to return the item



If within 30 days from receipt you find that a product is defective or is not working properly due to a manufacturing defect, then you may return it to us with the original packaging for replacement only. We will destroy the defective product and process your replacement immediately.

In your return package please include a note telling us what the problem is, how best to contact you, and whether you would like a refund or to exchange for another item. (Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund)

Without prior approval Sexational Products does not reimburse for shipping costs on returned items. If prior approval has been granted, those shipping costs should not exceed the cost that you paid for shipping. If you need a replacement immediately, please call us at 1-888-368-7257. Do not return something to us by next day air and expect reimbursement for that. Sexational products will assume the shipping cost for replacement items provided that they adhere to the stipulations mentioned above.
